Event Planning

Your Event Planner will handle everything from budgeting, scheduling, help with venue selection, arranging and booking of entertainment, arranging decor, catering, coordinating with third party vendors and emergency plans.

Party Planning

Your Party Planner will handle everything from budgeting, scheduling, help with venue selection, arranging and booking of entertainment, decorations, catering, coordinating with third party vendors and help the day of.

Waitstaff - Servers & Bartenders

Let us do all the work while you have all the fun! Our service staff can help with set up to clean up and everything in between; including,  serving and replenishing food & drinks, clearing plates, dishes and clean up. Bartenders are also available and can serve special concoctions as well as Signature Drinks of the night along with a general bar menu and come complete with all Bar tools to help make your event or party run smoothly. Portable Bars are also available upon request. All Bartenders are BASSET Certified.

Linen Rental

Charm your guests with color-coordinated table coverings, napkins, chair covers and sashes, head table setups, and backdrops to perfectly synchronize your event venue and theme. Linens in various textures and materials are available for any size event, large to small.

Candy & Dessert Tables

Add some sweetness to your next event. Hu's Assisting's Dessert & Candy Tables are truly a work of art and will WOW your guests! We can design a table to match any theme/color scheme, along with custom signs, tags and labels to match. Corporate Candy Tables, including, logo are also available.

Day of Coordinators - Special Events & Weddings

Your Day of Coordinator will ensure that your plans are carried out smoothly, coordinate all vendors, make sure that everyone is on schedule and will discreetly handle any problems that may arise. Enjoy your special moments with your family and friends without stressing. Not only do you want to relax on your special day, those closet to you should as well. We will arrive from the beginning to end and will help oversee set up to clean up.

Exceeded our expectations 1000%

WOW, WOW AND WOW!. Eileen and Sherri were incredible. They exceeded our expectations by 1,000 percent. We had our two cars loaded up with party trays, beer, wine, and many other items. When we got to our clubhouse, we began to unload the cars and Eileen and Sherri said to us “What would you like to drink? Why don’t you just sit down in the fireplace room and we’ll take car of everything.” We couldn’t believe it! We had to give them virtually no instruction. From the time they unloaded our cars to the time they left, with the clubhouse looking immaculate, it was a truly relaxing time for us and they made our party a huge success. Both my wife and I received numerous comments on how good both Eileen and Sherri were and how they took care of every need. They did everything—served food, took coats, helped with our Santa, etc. Words cannot express how much we appreciate the work they did and how much they contributed to our party and our own sanity.
